An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use it. Once your comment has been approved, your profile image will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you might want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata because they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can extract this information by downloading the images from the site.
If you leave a comment on our site, you can have your name, email address and website stored in a cookie. This is done for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in the data again when you comment again. These cookies are stored for one year.

How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment itself and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is done to detect and approve subsequent comments automatically instead of placing them in a queue for approval.
